Description:
Architectural design of the office building within the Tifast s.r.l. plant facility.
In particular, I focused on the study of façades and the functional distribution of the interiors. Work included: layout and functional distribution plans for the office block within the plant, architectural proposals and studies of the façades of the whole of the Tifast s.r.l. factory complex on the E45 (motorway).
Preliminary studies with the company CEO to analyse the structure of the company, the interactions between departments and the specific needs of each floor (to inform layout and distribution).
Re-work all of the elevations of the office block to create coherence with the internal layout and also elevation proposals for the whole factory complex. Tasks included design of the functional distribution, architectural design and technical drawings.
